MAT PILATES
We offer mat Pilates in the West Island for people of all ages and experience levels. Our classes are designed to be inclusive and adaptable allowing everyone to move at their own pace and according to their abilities. Pilates focuses on controlled movements and proper breathing which helps build core strength improve flexibility balance and posture while reducing tension and stress. Regular practice can also support injury prevention better mobility and overall physical well being. All classes are led by certified instructors who provide clear guidance and corrections to ensure safe effective and confident movement throughout each session.
